We enjoyed it very much but change of sheets would have been nice
Living room location pool security hot water kitchen mostly everything
Changing towels sheets stated that on 7day condo would be clean understand it was a holiday so extra sheets would have been nice

A Modern Condo unit with a Great Location and a Worry Free stay
The location is great being right across the street from Ayala Shopping Mall and directly across from Rustan grocery store which has many of the food selections you could get at home (USA) that will not be at other grocery markets in Cebu. The apartment has plenty of space - two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, drip coffee maker and kettle, microwave). two separate AC units, one for the dining and living room the other for the two bedrooms. There is a nice hot tub/jacuzzi which is running at night and a private pool, both just exclusive to Avalon. The owner of the property is very friendly and accommodating. The interior is really nicely decorated and modern, you can tell this was well thought out. Free ride from the airport takes out the confusion of how to get a taxi, where to go and what to do when you arrive.
The gym itself is pretty basic but does have dumbbells and two treadmills. What is a letdown is the Precor multi gym unit, it really, really, needs an upgrade, You really can't do leg curls on it, has no leg press, and the bottom seat is not adjustable where it should be. Spend about 7 grand ( Precor S3.45 ) and you could get a really nice unit that would upgrade the whole gym and be comparable with other gyms around town and would really make this place perfect.
